Appointments

You may use the Client Portal for various purposes, such as:

  • Book an initial consultation
  • Complete paperwork for your first session
  • Schedule subsequent sessions
  • Pay your balance
  • Communicate with me via secure messaging

If you feel more comfortable calling the clinic to schedule an appointment, you may do so at (806) 429-2656.

Please note: At the time of scheduling your appointment, Crossroads Mental Health Services requires credit or debit card information, much like booking a hotel room.  Your card will be charged either the full rate for the initial consultation or your co-pay on the day of your appointment.  If you choose to change your payment method, you may do so at the time of your appointment.

If you have insurance, our office will verify your eligibility and benefits and communicate this with you before your first appointment.  We don’t want any client or potential client to be faced with unexpected financial fees.

Your card on file will be charged the full fee if you do not arrive for your appointment and 24-hours advanced notice was not given.

If you need to change an appointment and provide 24-hours (or more) advanced notice, your card will not be charged. CMHS Clinic Policies and Procedures
