Services & Fees

Counseling at Crossroads is open to anyone ages 6+, Adolescents, Teens, and Adults.

~Initial Consultation (approximately 90 minutes), $135

~Individual Therapy (60 minute session), $110

~Family Therapy (60 minute session), $110

~Late cancellation fee (with less than 24 hour notice), $75

~Missed appointment fee, $135 (for initial consultation) or $110 (for therapy session)

 

• Payment is due at the time of each session and can be made via cash, check, credit/debit card or Health Savings Account (HSA).  
• Crossroads is currently working toward successful credentialing with various major insurance companies.
• We are now in network with BCBS-Magellan, BCBSTX, FirstCare & Superior!
• If you do not have insurance, or cannot afford session fees, a sliding fee scale is available.  Please click here for the Sliding Fee Scale Agreement Form.  Upon completion and income verification, your session fee will be determined.
